Then people who make 8,375 to 34,000 they will pay 15%
People who then make 34,000 to 82,400 will pay 25%
After that people who make 82,400 to 171,850 to 28%
Then people who earn 171,850 to 373,650 to 33%
373,650 and up they will pay 35%

Tax the less fortunate less compared to the more fortunate who will be taxed more. According to Article one section 8 of the constitution
it statas that the Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and privide for the common Defense and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be inform through out the united states.
